LIQA provides premium event invitation and guest management services, including invitation coordination, RSVP tracking, guest communication, and related concierge services.

2. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information required for event setup and guest management. Users are responsible for obtaining consent before sharing guest contact details with LIQA.

3. Payments

All payments for LIQA services must be completed in advance unless otherwise agreed. Pricing may vary depending on selected packages and guest count.

4. Invitation Design

Invitation designs may be created by third-party designers collaborating with LIQA. Final approval of invitation content and design is the responsibility of the client.

5. WhatsApp & Communication Services

LIQA uses third-party communication platforms, including WhatsApp Business, to distribute invitations and reminders. LIQA is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party platforms, incorrect contact details, or technical issues outside its control.

6. Limitation of Liability

LIQA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, including guest non-attendance or communication failures.

7. Intellectual Property

All LIQA branding, content, and platform materials remain the property of LIQA unless otherwise stated.

8. Modifications

LIQA reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
