All payments made to LIQA are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before work on the event has commenced.

3. Refunds

• Once work on invitation design, guest coordination, or event setup has started, payments are generally non-refundable.
• In exceptional or extenuating circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at LIQA's discretion.
• Completed or substantially completed services are non-refundable.

4. Third-Party Costs

Any third-party costs already incurred by LIQA, including designer fees or platform charges, are non-refundable.

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
